A (super-duper-easy-for-lazy-people) delicious Weight Watcher’s recipe I found and wanted to share with anyone looking for a light n’ tasty snack/meal (5 Points)

1/4 AvocadoCherry tomatoesLemon JuiceFinely chopped chivesSlice of rye breadLight cottage cheese
Mix Avocado | tomatoes | lemon | chives in small bowl
Toast bread and spread cottage cheese on it 
Put avocado mixture on top
Ta-da!

Slice of rye bread
Light cottage cheese

  1. Mix Avocado | tomatoes | lemon | chives in small bowl
  2. Toast bread and spread cottage cheese on it 
  3. Put avocado mixture on top
  4. Ta-da!
